Catoctin Ridge follows the ISD (Instructional Systems Design) approach to the design and development of adult learning materials.The systems approach to training is based on obtaining an overview of the objectives for the training course and environment, and is characterized by an orderly method for gathering and analyzing performance requirements and then responding appropriately to identified training needs.
